1. Shipping Information

1.1. Please allow 1–2 business days for your order to be processed.

1.3. Shipping rates depend on your destination:

1.4. We work primarily with DHL for international and domestic deliveries. Please contact us if you have a special shipping requirement.

1.5. Split Inventory & Multi-Origin Shipping
LABSTORE operates from two physical locations: LABSTORE LONDON and LABSTORE WESTEND, with inventory maintained separately at each. Depending on product availability, your order may be split and fulfilled from different locations, resulting in multiple shipments.

  • If a single order contains items from both locations, you may see multiple shipping charges reflected at checkout.

  • We prioritise consolidating your order where possible to minimise shipping costs, but this cannot always be guaranteed.

  • If you have any questions regarding split shipping or consolidated delivery, please contact our support team before placing your order.


2. VAT / Import Tax and Custom Duties

2.1. We do NOT offer VAT-free prices for overseas customers.

2.2. All international orders are shipped on a DAP (Delivered At Place) basis. This means that import duties, customs fees, and local taxes may be charged by the destination country upon arrival. These charges are not included in the customer's order total and are the sole responsibility of the recipient. LABSTORE WORLD does not collect, cover, or reimburse any such charges.

2.3. DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) shipping may be arranged upon request before placing an order and is subject to additional fees. These fees cover the prepayment of import duties, taxes, and customs clearance charges and are strictly non-refundable once the shipment has been dispatched.


3. Returns Policy & Process

3.1. LABSTORE WORLD offers an exchange, refund, or a 12-month store credit for returned items within 14 calendar days of delivery.

3.2. To initiate a return, please contact us at INFO@LABSTOREWORLD.COM within 14 days of delivery. Once approved, you must dispatch the goods within 7 calendar days at your own cost unless otherwise arranged with our team. Return-shipping arrangements can be assisted by our staff upon request.

3.3. Our team will respond to your return request within 3 working days.

3.4. Returned items must meet the following criteria:

  • Items must be unworn, unused, undamaged, with all original tags attached and packaging included.

  • Special orders and final sale items are non-returnable.

  • Items purchased via exchange or store credit are not eligible for further return/exchange.

  • Footwear & accessories must include original boxes and dust bags (sent inside a protective shipping box).

  • Beauty, cosmetics, swimwear, underwear, socks, masks, watches, perfumes, candles, and hazardous materials (HAZMAT such as aerosols, certain oils, nail varnish) are NOT eligible for return.

  • Designer packaging such as authenticity cards, dust bags, and tags must be returned as part of the product.

  • DO NOT place tape, stickers, or labels directly on branded packaging.

  • We do NOT accept returns via Royal Mail, UPS or EVRI.

  • A valid receipt is required for all returns.

  • Returns that do not comply will be declined and must be collected by the customer.


4. Refunds

4.1. Once your return is received and accepted, we will issue a refund via the original payment method, excluding shipping fees. Refund processing times:

  • UK: 3–7 business days

  • International: 5–10 business days, but some banks may take up to 30 days
    Please contact your bank for specific processing timelines.

4.2. Alternatively, you may opt for a refund as a store credit, available immediately.


5. Faulty Items

If you receive a faulty or damaged item, please contact Customer Service as soon as possible. We will assist in resolving the issue promptly.


6. In-Store Returns

6.1. LABSTORE LONDON and LABSTORE WESTEND offer an exchange or 12-month store credit for items returned within 10 calendar days of in-store purchase. Store credits are issued as gift card codes valid both online and in-store. Items purchased using store credit or via exchange are not eligible for further return/exchange. A valid receipt is required. Return items must be unworn and resaleable. Final sale items are not eligible. Please refer to section 3.4 for full return conditions.
